Sandra MacSweeney, FNP, PMHNP, MHA
Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Sandra MacSweeney brings 20 years of healthcare experience and a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Cornell University. She founded PCP Health around the belief that care should address root causes, not just manage symptoms.
Appointments run 30 to 90 minutes. Sandra works across primary care and psychiatry, with a focus on integrative and functional medicine.
In-person visits are available in Port Charlotte. Patients in North Port, Venice, Sarasota, Osprey in the West Coast are welcome to join our practice. East Coast locations include DeLand, Daytona and New Smyrna Beach.
